Welcome to Your Space Therapy, PLLC, serving residents of Northern Michigan. Our primary goal is to assist you to achieve a high level of satisfaction in your every day. Mental wellness is an essential piece of your identity, and we strive to be there when you need us the most. Concierge therapy and social work services are aimed at bridging the gap between mental health treatment and the limits of timed appointments in an office setting. We aim to build a more personal and customer-service-oriented approach to mental health treatment through the use of multiple modes of treatment (telehealth, in-home, telephone, etc.) that may not exist readily in today’s clinical setting.
Our service area includes Emmet/Charlevoix counties and surrounding communities of Harbor Springs, Cross Village, Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City, etc.

Your Space Therapy, PLLC was founded on the idea that personalized mental health therapy is crucial for feeling our best selves. Also, life can be hectic so we need a therapist more available and reachable in times of need. Perhaps you prefer to have us come to you for coffee, as opposed to a clinical office setting. Perhaps, due to disability or other reasons, it is not convenient to leave your home. We can assist you wherever you are, it is completely up to you. With flexible appointments and scheduling, concierge care may be an excellent fit.

Your Space Therapy, PLLC is owned and operated by Amber Merrow, Licensed Master of Social Work. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, as well as master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan, she has worked various clinical roles which provide a wealth of knowledge on the human condition. Positions she has held include:
Catholic Charities of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties – Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist
Genesee Health System, Flint, Michigan – Case Manager and Supports Coordinator for cognitively disabled and persistently mentally ill adults
VitalCare/McLaren Home Care and Hospice, Petoskey, Michigan – Medical Social Worker and Bereavement Counselor
Veteran’s Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic, Gaylord, Michigan – Psychotherapist/Mental Health Service Provider for veterans
Marvin Behavioral Health, Detroit, Michigan – Adult Mental Health Therapist
Your Space Therapy, PLLC welcomes adults that may find themselves needing extra support from an outside source. It can be difficult to open up with those closest to you about your inner-most feelings, or you may be overwhelmed and just need someone to walk beside you while you “get some things figured out”. Wouldn’t it be nice to work through the things that trouble you so you can finally live the life you deserve? Amber Merrow, LMSW is fully licensed and insured to provide mental health and social work services in the state of Michigan.
SERVICES AT YOUR SPACE THERAPY, PLLC: OPEN SUNDAY-SATURDAY BETWEEN 9:00 AM AND 2:00 PM, WITH AFTER HOUR APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT.
Psycotherapeutic Care
Mental health therapies to address the following:
Anxiety, Depression, Stage of Life Change/Adjustment, Grief and Loss, Self-Esteem, Domestic Abuse, Behavior/Habit Change, etc. Please contact us if your specific area of concern is not listed as we still may be able to assist you.
Modes of treatment include:
Mindfulness, Relaxation Strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance, Narrative Therapy, Grief Work/Stages of Grief, Strengths-Based Therapies, and more
Therapies are provided in your home or selected space, or via telehealth.
Professional Social Work Services
Social Workers perform a great myriad of psychosocial and educational services for individuals and families that may need extra support from social resources. These may include, but are not limited to:
End-of-Life and Home Care Planning, Linkage to Community Resources/Support, Family Mediation, Making Contact With Outside Service Providers, etc.
Cost of Care
Initial Evaluation (90 minutes) $200.00
60 minutes sessions: In-Home $150.00
Telehealth $150.00
Cash, check, PayPal, and credit card payments are accepted for services. I do not accept insurance payments at this time. Credit card and PayPal payments are made through a third-party secure patient portal.
Sliding scale payment is available based on household income. Please call to inquire.
Hours of Operation are Sunday-Saturday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM with after hours appointments by arrangement only.
